Privacy and texting terms

Harlow Lawn Co. (Harlow Lawn Co. LLC) runs this website. This page says what we collect when you use it, how we use it, and the texts we send.

• When you ask for a quote: your name, your phone number, your email and address if you give them, the services you pick and your note. We also keep the page you sent it from and your internet address, to keep out spam.
• When you text, call or email us: your number or address, and what you send.
• When you visit: we count visits, and taps on our phone number, text and email links, without cookies. Nothing is stored on your device, and your internet address isn't kept.

To answer you, give you a price, and ask how we did. We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising.

ServiceDominator runs this website, our forms and our texts for us, and keeps what you send on our behalf. These companies help it, and use your details only to do that work:

• Amazon Web Services sends our texts and emails, and keeps our records.
• Twilio sends our texts when Amazon Web Services can't.
• Cloudflare serves this website.

If you leave us a review on Google, Google's own privacy policy applies to it.

The program: Harlow Lawn Co. customer texts. We text customers who agree to it, from our own number:

• after we've worked for you: a thank-you with a link to review us, and one reminder a few days later;
• answers when you text us.

You agree on our quote form, by telling us, or by texting us START. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying from us.

Message frequency varies with your appointments and jobs. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP at any time to stop: we confirm once and send nothing more. Text START to get texts again. Text HELP for help, or call us at (614) 555-0147 or email us at hello@harlowlawn.example.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our texting providers receive your number only to deliver our texts.

Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you: call us at (614) 555-0147 or email us at hello@harlowlawn.example. We'll do it, unless the law makes us keep something, like a payment record.

We keep your requests and messages as our customer records while we need them. Visit counts are kept only as daily totals.

This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their details.
